Honest Roofers is owned by Jeremy and Lori Coleman. We have been married since 2006 and have 3 children. We have been living on the Grand Strand since 2009 and we now call Socastee home.
Jeremy’s family is from the Concord/Kannapolis area of North Carolina but I was actually born and raised right here in Myrtle Beach. I joined the Air Force for a 4-year enlistment out of high school and was an aircraft crew chief. (Shout out to all my 2A5X1’s) My first duty station was Yokota AB, Japan where I worked on the C-9A Nightingale medevac plane. My second duty station was McChord AB, Washington where I worked on the C-141B Starlifter cargo plane. I have been working with my hands and outside for most of my adult life. Among other things I have broken down clutches from tractor trailers for disposal and recycling, been Foreman of a cooling tower construction and repair crew, been Superintendent for a custom home builder, and most recently a roofer. And, I absolutely LOVE roofing!
Lori’s family is from Beacon,NY in the beautiful and historic Hudson Valley where she grew up. She has been an RN since 1993 and focused her nursing career on her passions of geriatric medicine, ortho rehab, and end of life care. She relocated from NY to Raleigh in 1995 and hasn’t regretted relocating to the South. She was able to realize one of her dreams when she moved to MB in 2009. You can often find her singing the National Anthem at events for the City of Myrtle Beach, various Veterans organizations, high school athletics, and our beloved Myrtle Beach Pelicans. She is working on getting and opportunity to sing the National Anthem for the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets and perhaps one day her beloved Yankees at Yankee Stadium. In the mean time you may just get to chat with her via emails and phone for our business.
